The staff was friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for 3 years and I have not been disappointed yet. The representatives go out of their way to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the service provided. my car buying experience could not have been better. I did not think it was going to be so easy. I bought a Certified Preowned HHR that was priced a little lower than anything I saw at Carmax....it it cam did not think it was going to be so easy. I know I would have paid alot more for the warrantee elsewhere and not been covered for anywhere near as much. I also felt that everyone I was talking to was trustworthy and real.
