I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Chevrolet Graico Lauderhill. I purchased two vehicles on Nov 8th — a 2026 Silverado (new) and a 2025 Traverse that was presented as “new” with onl Chevrolet Graico Lauderhill. I purchased two vehicles on Nov 8th — a 2026 Silverado (new) and a 2025 Traverse that was presented as “new” with only 5,600 miles because it was “only driven by the store manager.” Later I found out it was actually sold as a used vehicle. Within one week, the Traverse showed serious problems: * right rear light failure * Reduced Acceleration warning * severe overheating * coolant completely empty * radiator burst, leaving me stranded on the road I had to leave the car on the shoulder and walk 20 minutes to a gas station. OnStar covered only $50 of the tow, and I had to pay the rest of the Lift ride. The dealership’s support was extremely disappointing. François from service was rude and dismissive, and we were denied a rental car in the same category as our 7-seater Traverse — even though we have two kids and two elderly parents at home. They forced us into a small GMC Terrain. The car stayed in repair from Nov 17–22, causing $560 in lost work, plus huge inconvenience for my family. Management, including Tamer, treated us with disrespect and no accountability. They also tried to increase my monthly payment from $799 to $840 until I threatened to return the car. A “new” car with less than 300 miles after purchase should not have a burst radiator, electrical issues, or overheating. I do NOT recommend Chevrolet Graico Lauderhill. I deeply regret leaving Toyota for Chevrolet. I am proceeding with legal action to prevent others from going through the same experience More
I took my car to them for repair on Feb 13 2025 for repairs. TODAY IS SEPT 13 2025 and they STILL HAVE MY CAR UN-REPAIRED. I’ve shown up physically to the location 3 separate times to the same story of the one service tech handling my repair IS NOT THERE. I was told he was on vacation and when he returns he will contact me. In May of 2025 I get a follow up call from Miguel to say he’s returned from vacation and that he is working on my vehicle issues. Now all I get is his voicemail and no callbacks. It’s frustrating as an Uber eats/door dash delivery driver that my entire life has come to a screeching halt because of this. What is a customer to do when they won’t even acknowledge you? More

Buyer beware. Went to this dealership from West Palm Beach and the sales guy was nice but the first finance guy was a complete jerk. I bought a Equinox from them and walked out with signed paperwork for credit union and a couple days later the dealership canceled the loan with the credit union and put me with GM Financial without my knowledge and no signed updated paperwork. I only found out because GM sent me a welcome letter a month later and now late payment with them because I didnt know they did that. I had already made payment with credit union that I have to fight to get back to give to GM. This dealership is ridicules and its a breach of contract for sure. More
Buyer Beware, Buyer Beware I am a 74 year old Vietnam Veteran and a retired Law Enforcement Agent of 31 years. Every now and then when I try to put faith ant trust in what I receive in the mail from Car Dealerships I am brought back to reality by corrupt and unscrupulous dealerships like Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderdale fl. On Monday the 21st. Of July I received a letter in the mail from this dealership which stated that I had a “limited time opportunity that Chevrolet is making to specific Chevrolet Blazer owners on Saturday, July 26, 2025”. I have a 2021 Blazer that I purchased from this dealership when it was called Phil Smith Chevrolet. The letter further stated that they needed my Blazer because Chevrolet ordered them to buy back certain Chevrolets and my Blazer qualified for their program. The letter stated they would pay me $24,961 for my Blazer and with this invitation I would receive an additional $5,984 more for my Blazer. It also stated that they give an additional $6,250 combined with $0 down and 4.9% financing. I called the dealership and spoke to a salesperson who stated yes the letter is accurate and he further verified the information thru his sales manager when he put me on a brief hold. I set an appointment to be at the dealership on Thursday, the 24 of July. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted and as I presented the letter to the salesman he asked for my keys to appraise my Blazer. While waiting for this to be completed I advised the salesperson that I saw a 2025 Blazer in their inventory that I wanted to buy. “Now The Scam and Fraud Begins:” The salesman comes back offering me $19,000 for my beautiful and very well maintained Blazer, and when I ask about the additional $5984 he has to get the sales manager who comes over and says “Oh that’s already included” they present me with a sales sheet that offers $1500 off the new Blazer, not the $6,250 the letter stated. The manager then said that new Blazer doesent qualify. I then showed him where his dealership offered this new Blazer for $6,950 off the sticker price. The manager didn’t know what to say other than offering me $21,690 for my car no additional $5984 and adding several thousand more in add on scam fees! It was extremely obvious that they had no intention of honoring the letter sent out by their dealership. I was shocked at their dishonest and extremely deceitful method as they tried to perpetrate this scam on me. I look forward to speaking to someone at Chevrolet and the owners of this dealership. Let me start by saying thanks to Dan the service manager at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and t at Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill Florida. I have a 2018 3500 Cheverolet when applying the brakes, I would get a bad shake in my steering wheel and the brake was not the best the problem did not happen all the time, which made it hard to replace or repair Dan communicated and kept me in the loop while he spoke with engineers and others at Chevrolet to gain knowledge about the issue there was repairs made on the brakes and the steering thanks to Dan the service manager and his service team for all the effort they made to correct the problem I am back on the road and very happy with Grieco Cheverolet in Lauderhill Florida they went above and beyond to make things right and correct the problem for their customers.
