I brought my Ford Focus in for an oil change a while back and it took 2-1/2 hours before I got my car - and I had an appointment! Now it needed another one and a sticker and I was hesitant to bring it back and it took 2-1/2 hours before I got my car - and I had an appointment! Now it needed another one and a sticker and I was hesitant to bring it back to Grieco Ford of Raynham but I had a complimentary oil change voucher and I thought, 'won't be like that again, right?' Wrong. Anyway, last week I called the service department and asked for a first morning appointment for an oil change and sticker because I didn't want to wait around too long. They gave me an 8:15 a.m. appointment! Yay! I got there today at 8:10 a.m. and a man from the service department was kind enough to take my car from me and bring it to the service bay since they were having part of the lot repaired/paved and I thought, 'good they're taking it right away! So glad I had this early appointment!' I got a coffee an went outside to have a smoke and watch the paving work while I waited... and waited... and waited... I sat on a bench over THREE hours for an oil change and sticker. I watched the entire length of the building get patched until the pavers went along the side of the building and I lost sight of them - and my car still wasn't ready. I'd like to thank the other disgruntled gentleman customer (who was also there for an oil change) who chatted with me while I waited, and also for the opportunity to see how asphalt paving is done though given the choice, I would have passed on watching asphalt being installed for over 3 hours while sitting on a park bench. I got my car back at 11:25 a.m. I purchased my car from Grieco a few years back and that was a nightmare. For sales OR service, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Not even my Ex. Dealership is absolutely horrible from the owner, down to salesman and service. I bought a buy back 2019 F150 roush. I was promised by bob child’s that it would be bought back at what I paid if there was eve salesman and service. I bought a buy back 2019 F150 roush. I had nothing but issues after a couple months and it was at their service for a month. They ignored my phone calls to the point I had to drive down there from Boston and find out what was going on. I show up there and my truck is just sitting outside not being worked on. I asked what was going on and they said “we can’t find the problem, we’re waiting on roush”. So I call roush myself and Greico service never even opened a claim with them and roush had no idea of any issues going on with my truck! I would not recommend anyone to this place as they only sell LEMONS and are LIARS. More
