On 2/15/20 I brought my truck to Grieco ford Raynham and the service department was excellent! When I made the appointment on the phone with the department she looked up my problem in a flash and gave the d the service department was excellent! I had a poor experience with this dealership that caused me to stop going. I ended up leaving the dealership all together. I asked that I be removed as a customer from all their systems, yet I continued t me to stop going. I ended up leaving the dealership all together. I asked that I be removed as a customer from all their systems, yet I continued to be spammed with email. I unsubscribed, I called and asked to be removed from their mailing list, it fell on deaf ears. They continued to SPAM me with unwanted emails. I got an apology and they assured me I wouldn't get anymore emails. 1/21/2020 I got yet another email. This dealer doesn't understand no. I'd think twice before shopping here. More
