My first contact with Grieco Hyundai was Jessica Vincent who was able to answer my questions and concerns with professionalism and kindness. We were scheduled to meet with Justin who was the manager at Grieco Hyundai the next day. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Angel Concepcion who had the car ready for us to view and take a test drive. We loved the car and it was in perfect condition. We were able to negotiate most successfully with Justin.It was a “win,win” for all of us.They delivered our car to Colchester,Ct the very next day. Our experience from beginning to end with Grieco Hyundai was far beyond our expectations,but I really feel that was due to the professionalism and kindness of Justin and Angel who was assisting him. He went above and beyond in service when he contacted me the next day during his time off on his Birthday to make sure I was pleased with my service. I dealt with Carissa through online and over the phone prior to arriving and she was great to deal with. She had the car out front when I arrived for the test drive. Stan and Bruce were very helpful in making sure my experience was great. I am glad that I went to Grieco Kia. I wished I saved myself time going to those other dealerships. More
