When picking out a vehicle cody did a great job at finding the vehicle I needed and wanted. Upon pick up of vehicle there was an issue with the vehicle as it came from a different location. Vehicle was missing a feature we were looking for but thanks to manager Stan that issue was rectified right away and I was even more happy with new vehicle provided. The financial rep Malaika did a great job at going over all info and making sure I was comfortable with payments. She was amazingly sweet! Like I said best experience thus far and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service! More

When can I buy another car ??? I was not looking forward to buying a car. I am a single mom thinking I am going to be taken advantage of. When I sat down with Cody, I felt at ease. Great sales person, good service so far Cody was very good helping me to get the best possible deal for my car. He has a good sales personality in the sense that he gets the job done without Cody was very good helping me to get the best possible deal for my car. He has a good sales personality in the sense that he gets the job done without the consumer feeling pressured to make a purchase. Coming to buy a car isn't anyone's favorite thing to do but I feel he helped me in all ways possible. The only issue I had was with the brakes the day I picked up the car and Kia fixed them by replacing 2 rotors and filing down 2 others. I was told this happens when cars are left sitting in the lot. Leather interior was installed and I wasn't satisfied with the outcome, many wrinkles were apparent. Having had leather in my previous car I was able to compare the difference. It was sent back to be corrected and upon return there were still some wrinkles that they didn't address. I am living with the outcome even though I am not fully satisfied. More
