Service department lacks proper management and communication skill's... If they are going to keep your car for a week than maybe they should properly communicate this to the customer and keep in t communication skill's... This dealership is literally the reason why I avoid service departments whenever possible. More

Tried to see the parts department for a battery plenty of parking spots open but was told I couldn’t park there. They were for the high end cars. I needed to park as far away as possible to the parts departm parking spots open but was told I couldn’t park there. They were for the high end cars. I needed to park as far away as possible to the parts department. I said I would go to another dealership for the parts and was told we don’t need your business anyway. My 162$ was spent elsewhere.
