I've dealt with Fox Toyota for over 15 years now. I bought my Camry and had it for more than 12 years and now recently bought a RAV4. I loved both vehicles. I had ben shopping around for a while looking for a good price. All the other dealerships I went to tried only to sell me a vehicle they had on their lots and didn't really ask me what I truly wanted. The price. Kevin sat me down first, and asked me how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he went through the whole process with me. His assistant Josh then set out to find the vehicle I wanted. He kept updating me on the progress and arrival date. It turned out to be by far the easiest car buying process I had ever had. He was always looking out for what I wanted, was never forceful or pushy. When we settled on a final price it was below what all other dealerships prior had offered, it was easy, no back and forth, no waiting for sales managers, no "well this is the best I can do". Like I said, everything was so easy and went smoothly, and I ended up driving away with the vehicle I wanted. They have a customer for life and I plan to send everyone I know to Fox Toyota to see Kevin and Josh!! More
