My service from George in the service department was - Sean Kisler

My service from George in the service department was exemplary. He graciously accommodated my Highlander into his schedule despite not being able to make an appointment the previous day. I do however need to return on another day to resolve the grinding noise that is coming from my rear brakes when the car is backing up. After the $300 brake cleaning and adjustment it still needs some attention. I do hold McGee Toyota in high regard, and I remain especially impressed the affable and professional service that I received from George in the Service Department. He is one of your company’s biggest assets. Thank you!

We just purchased our second truck from Bristol Toyota - millercelia9

We just purchased our second truck from Bristol Toyota because of Alex Shtutin. We bought our 1st truck 7 yrs. ago from Alex. We liked his low key way of sales. He made us comfortable. He was and is very knowledgeable and professional. In August, Alex called to wish my husband a happy birthday. So nice. That is when we decided to go see Alex and buy a new truck. Alex goes that little extra! We also enjoyed meeting a new employee. I do not remember her name, but she guided us through the warranties. She has been with Bristol for a month. Another great employee with knowledge, class and a sense of humor. Thank you to all at Bristol Toyota. We always recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Again.... Alex is the man!!!!!

Tasca presents a low pressure environment and an - Allison C.

Tasca presents a low pressure environment and an incredibly efficient operation. I first contacted them online and was greeted by Sasha. She was patient as I weighed my options with other dealerships, and very responsive to all my questions. We agreed on a price before I came in for a test drive. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Ted from the sales team. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very chill during the whole process. He let me go for a test drive on my own which I appreciated very much. No tricks. They presented me the numbers we agreed upon. I bought my car the same day. Steven made the finance experience quick and painless. Total time on site was a little over two hours including the test drive. I picked the car up three days later. It was clean and ready to go. Jessica was kind enough to give me a walkthrough of the tech and was very informed on the app setup process. Overall, this was easily my best car buying experience. I highly recommend them especially if you can agree on a price you are comfortable with before you go in.

I do not write reviews often but my recent experience - baseballsoups11

I do not write reviews often but my recent experience buying my family grad highlander was 10 star service! from my sales person Gavin who was very nice to work with very knowledgeable and patient. we have bought here before but this time felt smooth and relaxed, No pressure. Then came the Finance department ! Usually thing IMO if there is any stress or pressure this is where i expect it. Ryan Campbell was extremely educated in his profession. Genuine ,Smooth, great explanations of my factory benefits and all the "extra's". We usually do not buy Warranty's etc. , but they way it was explained, presented and we added a few warranty's. Thank you for assisting us with that process Ryan, without your patients, knowledge and most importantly your transparency is what mad my wife make me write this review lol. We will Faithful Woburn Toyota buyers. See you in a few years Gavin, Ryan and the entire team!

Had bought 2 cars under the old Boch name and had a - Joe74

Had bought 2 cars under the old Boch name and had a terrible experience both buying and service. Last car bought was a Camry in 2007 that still runs like a top. Have bought Toyota cars since but stayed away from Boch each time. Went to the Nucar in Norwood just to do an oil change recently and was surprised at how they are now. May just have been my service advisor Kevin but was treated well and felt I was working with an honest person. That counts for me. May start to bring back my cars to service at Nucar and will consider next time for a new car. Thanks Kevin for your help! If everyone is half as good as you Nucar Toyota is my new go to dealer.

My experience for the first time at Toyota of Dartmouth - Alanna

My experience for the first time at Toyota of Dartmouth was great. I recommend Jim Cappailli he was knowledgeable and understanding, never pushy. I upgraded my vehicle with a easy process with Del Green. I was able to leave the same day with my new vehicle.

Committed to the timeline for delivery as promised. - Saujatya Mitra

Committed to the timeline for delivery as promised. Provided all the Finance options with clarity. Normally, not getting a chance for a test drive of the vehicle, intended to purchase. Has to pay a visit for two days to complete the purchase, or it would be a whole-day program if trying to do the same in a day. Unfortunately, you are not given a huge discount like other dealers, as they are focusing on Quality of Service but not the lower price.

False statements related to needed repairs After your - Abused Senior

False statements related to needed repairs After your failure to resolve my problem with the replaced oxygen sensor- (each time I returned and the check engine light remained on I was told to drive an additional 100 miles! After 400+ miles your people decided to look at the car again. Now they presented me a $4904.29 solution that was supposed to solve the problem.) I had paid $150 for a complete diagnostic scan initially. The car is only worth about $7500 according to the Kelly Blue Book. I would have paid a total of $6020.93. I took the car to a 3rd generation auto mechanics shop and they found the problem- the computer needed replacing. Not a distorted heater box. With the OEM part, the car was repaired for a total of $1323.00. The check engine light is off and there are no problems with the car. Had I paid the $ 4904.29 for the work you stated was the problem, it would still Not have been repaired. I assume I would have been told the computer replacement solution was necessary next and Another large bill from you. You would never have tried this on any one that was not a senior in my opinion. Family medical problems have consumed my time, but I am now ready to speak out about this.

WOW! - jenm1231

WOW!!! Just AMAZING experience. I know there are many reviews you can read but mine comes from years of experience. This was my 40th, YES 40th vehicle purchase. Not only did Marty ( the fabulous GM) take TWO Teslas in trade with a fantastic price, but the absolutely stunning Yesenia ( finance director AKA rock star aka owner) worked a miracle and got me financed in a beautiful 2025 Lexus RZ. The price was phenomenal but the process was OUTSTANDING!!! Literally the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle at. Each time we walked in and out of the dealership there were people opening both doors like we are royalty to the sales manager Jose personally working hard to get ME into the vehicle I wanted. This is not your typical dealership. It’s a family. A unified business where they all work together towards a common goal. This allows the buying process to transition smoothly and efficiently. The fabulous Aleah was my very own car buying connoisseur. She has a deep knowledge and refined approach to purchasing a vehicle. Aleah was extremely well versed in many aspects of the car buying experience and a complete fashionista with those heart shaped glasses. Most salespeople make more from manufacturer bonuses so the incentive to purchase a Toyota vehicle is higher for them, yet Aleah never once tried to sway me in either direction. Aleah was extremely smart, professional and efficient. We didn’t spend the typical 12 hours at a dealer. When the Finance Director (aka bonita mariposa) stepped in, Yesenia was the most personable humble woman I’ve ever met. Yesenia was not only the type of woman you notice in a crowd for her striking beauty, but that beauty shined from within. Yesenia is just a kind, compassionate soul who truly cares about people. Harr Motors makes you feel like you matter and in a world filled with so much noise and chaos, it’s nice to have a dealership who makes you feel like they have your best interests at heart. I will never forget this car buying experience and I hope to one day, pay their kindness forward in life, because life is incredibly fragile and we never know what our future holds so learn to dance in the rain because this life is just a dress rehearsal for the next.

Grieco Toyota responded to my KBB inquiry for trading a - MikeDB52

Grieco Toyota responded to my KBB inquiry for trading a new car.  They promised 20 percent above KBB.   I got the true KBB on my 2012 Prius V.  Condition was represented accurately as was mileage. Car quote came back as what a dealer would pay.   Car recently underwent a RI state inspection yesterday and passed.  The KBB value came back as $6,502. I also had been negotiating on a 2026 RAV 4 XLE Hybrid with another dealership.  Even though the car is in demand, I got a quote from another dealer for $2,000 off MSRP.  Unfortunately, they did not have the color I wanted.  An online search, though showed that Grieco did. Based on that, as we as information from several emails and texts from Grieco stating that they would bear KBB, I decided to take a ride over to your East Providence dealership. I figured this could be a scam but decided to drive over there anyway.   At first, they gushed over the trade.  Appraiser loved it.  They even agreed to the $2,000 off MSRP on the new Toyota.  When the quote came, however, they only wanted to give me $3,500 for my trade.  They tried to pay it off on a scratch on the bumper (which was identified in the provided KBB info, and started nitpicking common things that would be present in a 15 year old car. This was the prep for the bad news to come.   Now I figured the 20 percent above KBB was a gimmick but I never figured they would deliberately undervalue my vehicle.  I mean, if they didn’t want it in the first place, why not tell me so? I then told the salesman I was taking my car to Grieco Honda in Johnston as they also expressed interest in it.  Grieco Honda appraised it and agreed to purchase it outright for KKB value of $6,500.  They also gushed over how well taken care of the vehicle was.  Impressed by their honesty, I told them I was going back to Grieco to purchase the car because they had it in my desired color and I would then bring Grieco Honda the title to my Prius as they asked me to get it to them today. That never happened and here is why: Grieco Toyota tried to disguise the fact that they were giving me a $2,000 discount on my vehicle but then devalued the trade, a common scam in the automobile world.  On top of that, the total discount would only amount to $5,500, a far cry from KBB of 6,500.  How do I know this?  Because they refused to sell me the vehicle at the agreed upon price but without the trade. (Nowhere in my printed quote does it say that the price was dependent on the trade.) I then had to call Grieco Honda to inform them that Grieco Toyota reneged on the price so we could not conclude the transaction.
