Griffin Chevrolet provided top notch service when our GMC Adadia had performance issues related to a Check Engine light that came on while we were traveling to Milwaukee. Terrible experience. Bought a car two years ago that the transmission (verified by two mechanics) that went out around 90k miles. Towed it there to fix with the bogus e Bought a car two years ago that the transmission (verified by two mechanics) that went out around 90k miles. Towed it there to fix with the bogus extended warranty I had purchased. After days and weeks went by, was told it was just the catalytic converter and that it’s not covered and it’s going to cost close to 4,000 to fix. Took it back to my mechanic who disagreed. This dealership is unprofessional and not on the customer’s side at all. Hard to get ahold of or get answers. They didn’t even have the name of the warranty or even my name as purchasing a car there. I bought a bad car from them and instead of helping me, they want me to trade in my car for 3400 when I’m upside down in my loan and haven’t had a car for months. Never doing business with this joke of a dealership again. More
