Terrible communications and it took way too long. I waited and waited with no feedback from the service person. I was there at 7:25 am and not told until after 9:00 am. I was told that the part nee I waited and waited with no feedback from the service person. I was there at 7:25 am and not told until after 9:00 am. I was told that the part needed would take 1-2 hours to get… unreal. Then at noon, I was told they now the pump and would begin working on it. At 1:00 pm, he said they were cleaning the car and it would be another 20 minutes. I didn’t leave until 2:00 pm. Terrible communication, little follow-thru, and I will not be returning. More
