Stay away from this dealer. They are not to be trusted. I was interested in a vehicle and placed a $1000 deposit on the vehicle. I was scheduled to see the vehicle and they call They are not to be trusted. I was interested in a vehicle and placed a $1000 deposit on the vehicle. I was scheduled to see the vehicle and they called me hours before my appointment to say they were sending the vehicle in for a "small repair" and to stop by the next day. They would not say what the issue was with the vehicle. The next day, they called me to tell me the engine had a blown oil seal and it needed a major repair before I could test drive it. I told them I was no longer interested due to this and wanted the deposit returned. At that point they refused to return the deposit. I have called the dealership multiple times and no one has returned my calls and they will not return the deposit. I never signed any paperwork on the vehicle or the deposit. The finance person on the phone told me the deposit would be returned if i did not purchase the vehicle. This business is dishonest and not honorable. Truly a disgrace and a typical bad auto dealer. Do not shop here. More

BUYERS BEWARE! Used car sales manager drove my trade in, and came back with a random check engine code. When I asked the sales manager if it was there when he got a Used car sales manager drove my trade in, and came back with a random check engine code. When I asked the sales manager if it was there when he got and started the vehicle he stated “no”. He did not care that my car was brought back in a worse condition then when I pulled in and proceeded to offer me a outlandish offer on my vehicle (I will let you come up with your own assumptions). Needless to say, Griffin of Valdosta will not be on my recommend list and as a 20 year veteran I claim this is not military friendly establishment. With Veteran general manager I would expect a higher level of professional and morality. More

RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We bought a new Compass from these folks a few months ago. Last night my wife had a small accident & destroyed one of the tires. Imagine her surprise We bought a new Compass from these folks a few months ago. Last night my wife had a small accident & destroyed one of the tires. Imagine her surprise when she realized the spare tire was NOT IN THE JEEP. The Compass had to be towed 20 miles home. When notified of this the next morning, the folks at Griffin were of NO HELP. They said they would, "give us a spare tire & jack (GIVE US!) but someone needs to pick it up & change it. I WILL NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS AGAIN! More

Additionally, I've purchased 4 vehicles from Cass Burch Dealership. The driving force behind that is the Service Department has always stood out beyond expectations compared to all other dealers during my 30 years of U.S. Air Force assignments from Coast to Coast. I have always demanded top and solid quality maintenance on aircraft and articulate to details. Thats what I appreciate about Cass Burch Dealership, those maintenance technicians and staff have never failed maintenance quality assurance. Thanking them for continuing this path of excellence!!!
