First time buying a new car I previously purchased a used car from a dealership back in 2011, and decided it was time for a new car. I looked around Valdosta at many different dealerships. I even have friends who work at Langdale Ford. My brother has an Avenger, and when i drove it, I loved it. Thus made me want to get an Avenger. I went to Cass Burch on a Saturday to look but they didnt have any used cars. So I went home. I located an Avenger than I loved but was 3.5 hours away. As I spoke with an employee from there, they told me they could get me a brand new one for the price of the used one I liked. Of course I would rather do that. So I thought, if that dealership can do it, why cant Valdosta? So I actually texted Matt Nelson from Cass Burch and we spoke on and off over the next couple days. That Monday, I ended up going in and sitting down with Matt. He worked out an amazing deal for me, kept my monthly payments where I wanted them, and plus. he guaranteed me his friendship for life. He sat there with me while we did the paperwork and talked to me like a friend rather than a customer. Its was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially going through Matt! More

Not the best experience. My personal experience with this company has not been positive. Seldom do I write reviews, but in the event of very good or not so good I do once in a while. A few months back I purchased a vehicle from this place and thought I was getting an ok deal. Wanted a good, reliable truck. Got a few quotes from them, and did some research on the vehicle as well. Turns out it was involved in a minor accident and had an open seatbelt recall in which the dealer had no idea about. Was able negotiate a tiny bit down. The salesman could have done much better, but oh well. At closing they tried to sneak in a higher interest rate and when called out, they changed pretty quick. There was also no mention of the 700 dollar dealer fee. My fault for not questioning this, but in no way was 700 dollars earned from this transaction as you see below. They even forgot to charge my debit card at one point. All that aside finally got the truck and assumed my dealings with this company were done. They were not. Registering this vehicle out of state was my intention and eventually it got worked out after nearly 3 months no thanks to this company. As it took a while to get the paperwork together, I was able to ask my homestate for a three week extension on top of the 30 days it took as theirs a lean involved, the title paperwork must be handled with the bank and the state. Sent my paperwork into the DMV and a day before the extension ran out, I get a call from this dealer that they somehow got some of my paperwork (inspection form and my money order). How they got in the middle of this process I do not know as my dealings with the dealer ended on the day of purchase. They ended up questioning my VIN inspection, which was done properly as I had previously submitted a similar form for the motorcycle. At one point I went down there to talk this issue out and there was a guy in a corner waving a baseball bat. Why or who this was directed to is beyond me, but definitely unprofessional. However, due to their unneeded involvement, my DMV was nice enough to extend me for 2 months. Only needed a few weeks, but nice nonetheless. Not sure what was going on behind the scenes, but highly inconvenient. As I was apparently on the dealers timescale, they were very persistent I get it done sometimes calling twice a day. Got it done in a few weeks as I had two months so no big rush on my end. Plates and tags finally arrived and all is good now, but had they not been involved at all they would have arrived much earlier. Will caution you on leaving negative reviews with this company as they (possibly the owner) will go over your head to your boss or if military, superior officer to call you out on the review. They did ask I show up there, but due to recent experiences I felt it was best to let the situation go. The repeated calling of my work was embarrassing and simply uncalled for. Edited this review multiple times as I had new experiences with them. Noticed a huge influx of really positive reviews on top of my not so positive, but this is not the place for speculation. Perhaps I just had a one off experience, but nonetheless it is what I saw. Will highlight I do not speak for anyone or anything but myself and this is my personal experience as a customer. More
