I had terrible experiences dealing with Havill but since it has changed hands to Griffin I feel things have improved DRASTICALLY. I came in knowing the kind of car I was looking for & having done my own research knowing my price range & what I was willing to let my old car be valued at for trade in & Denny made me feel like family. I felt like he was trying to make sure the car I left with was the right deal for me financially & logically. I didn't feel like I was just a person he was trying to make a quick buck from. When suggesting add on services he expressed concern for the longevity of my vehicle, which I very much appreciated.
