Last summer we moved to Wisconsin Dells so I have been driving to Fort Atkinson from the Dells for oil changes for over a year. When I scheduled my most recent oil change also scheduled some recall work to be done from a notice I had received. I scheduled both to be done 9 days in advance and was told it would take about 2 hours to complete. After waiting an hour and a half, I was told that the recall work could not be completed because they did not have a part that was needed. I am disappointed about this. I would think that someone would have checked if everything needed to complete the recall work was available, especially when it was scheduled 9 days in advance. Now I will have to reschedule the the recall work for the next time I come down for an oil change. Also, I was supposed to get a car wash as part of the prepaid package but did not get one. More

Christian is wonderful to work with! I really enjoyed working with Christian for my oil, air filter and cabin air filter changes. The team identified the issues and contacted me with options from critical/must do repairs to less critical repairs that could be deferred. In the end, cost effective repairs were performed that will keep the vehicle operational for our college aged kids continued use. More
