Excellent Service - Kay Frey Kay helped me with a problem for my 2016 MKC involving tires over 6 months ago. I had been to 3 other Lincoln dealers in person and talk to several ot Kay helped me with a problem for my 2016 MKC involving tires over 6 months ago. I had been to 3 other Lincoln dealers in person and talk to several others on the phone including Lincoln themselves. I was very impressed by her knowledge of the product line and what created the problem. Although she couple not rectifie my issues at her dealership, I had to go to dealer who sold me truck), I was so impressed with how quickly she called me back, how thorough she did her research. She texted me and emailed quotes and followed up with even after I could come to her. As a customer, I promised myself I would do all my service with her from now on. I drove over 45 minutes to do service for just an oil change and tire rotation! That is a great service advisor who drove the business to her door now because of her outstanding customer service.
