New car meets racoon Four days after purchase of 2018 Ford Fiesta a rather large raccoon ran out in front of my car & did damage to the radiator & under carage. My insuran Four days after purchase of 2018 Ford Fiesta a rather large raccoon ran out in front of my car & did damage to the radiator & under carage. My insurance carrier approved Griffin Ford for repairs. Since my car was not drivable, I had it towed to Griffin body shop. I was distraught about this but Mr Heger was so polite & reassuring and had already been in contact with my insurance adjuster. When I stopped by to check on the progress Mr Heger took the time to let me know approx. when work would be done. He did not release my car until all the work was done so I did not need to bring it back in. It is as good as when I first took delivery. More
