We initially went to Griffin because my husband had grown up in the area and trusted the business. And we were not disappointed. Not only was working with Zach and everyone else at the dealership easy and enjoyable, the entire process went smoothly. We had taken our time with making our decision wanting to ensure we made the correct one. Zach patiently worked with us through all of our questions we had, test drives, and inspection of the vehicle without us feeling rushed or pressured at any point. Once we were ready to commit to the sale of the Ford Flex we chose my husband and I felt confident. Working with Dusty and Freddy made the final sale smooth and clear so we knew what every detail entailed. Overall, we had an excellent experience and plan on returning in the next few years for when we replace our secondary vehicle. And we highly recommend Griffin Ford. More
