Quick service, convenient hours, scheduled my appointment quickly, was not able to complete my service due to programming issues. Also attempted to schedule service with this dealership earlier this year b quickly, was not able to complete my service due to programming issues. Also attempted to schedule service with this dealership earlier this year but was given bad and inaccurate warranty coverage information from the service writer Ryan or Randy or possibly some other male R name. This dealer was attempting to charge me for a head gasket project which was clearly under warranty. I took this car to a different ford dealer who repaired our vehicle under its warranty. Love the parts department at this dealer however I believe the service writers are not very well trained in my experience with this company. (Was not the case prior to the rebranding of this dealership) More
