Kay is great to work with, always has been. Im not sure what happened to the rest of the service department. My vehicle had been in 3 times in roughly 7 months for the same issue and it wa Im not sure what happened to the rest of the service department. My vehicle had been in 3 times in roughly 7 months for the same issue and it was never fixed properly, even when given hints from other Ford dealership mechanics. One particular service writer sucks when it comes to customer service. Sadly, after 24 years, I will doubtfully go back for even an oil change. More
