I could not be happier with the service I received from Griffin Ford. Their service tech Ryan was thoughtful, kind and delivered the type of quality service everyone would hope for. Took my 2014 ford F150 in for an electrical drain and their service tech recommended replacing the positive battery cable from the battery to the junction box at a price of $1700. I Decided not do put th their service tech recommended replacing the positive battery cable from the battery to the junction box at a price of $1700. I Decided not do put that much money into it because they could not assure me this would fix the issue. I took it for a second opinion to another repair facility and was told my problem had nothing to do with the cable but was due to a bad shifter switch not reporting the truck in park and was allowing the dash light to remain on. I had this replaced as it was much cheaper abd was told it would fix my problem and it did! I do not recommend this dealerships service department for repairs as their technicians do not know what they are doing. This is not my 1st bad experience with the service department. I thought I would give them 1 more try and they disappointed me again. I will never return to Griffin. More
