Not very satisfied with work done! Tires were rotated but tire pressure was incorrect on both front and rear tires causing dashboard warning. Paper work noted that everything was up to dealer specifications, tire pressure was incorrect on both front and rear tires causing dashboard warning. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly, informative, and accommodating. I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes earlier than I was scheduled and the service representative managed to servi informative, and accommodating. I arrived to my appointment 30 minutes earlier than I was scheduled and the service representative managed to service my Ford Focus ahead of time. The waiting room was fairly clean, bright, and comfortable. There were plenty of free snacks and beverages to munch on while waiting. The price was reasonable and in my opinion fair. I would use Griffin's service department in the future. More

Our service adviser Steve looked into the problem and he worked with Ford to take care of the problem. The air bag was replaced again. We were very happy once again for the great service given by Griffin Ford. More

A repair was completed under warranty for my 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. A warrany repair was completed as service engine light was on due to faulty oxygen sensor per my initial repair invoice. After above mentioned repair, the engine light came on again after two days and less than 50 miles driven. Contacted Steve for additional repair for the service engine light again. Steve indicated the shop was very busy but I could bring car in immediately for service even though repair shop was booked solid. Dustin, Service Mgr had offered a loaner vehicle as my car might be in shop for several days for ordering parts and ASAP scheduling. Upon arrival for 2nd repair visit, my car was allowed in for immediate processing for another repair. A loaner car was provided and processed by Steve Ahrens. Although additional repairs & parts ordering took over a week, I was thankful for the loaner car while work on my vehicle was being completed the second time. Hats off to job well done at Griffin Ford. More
