A repair was completed under warranty for my 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. A warrany repair was completed as service engine light was on due to faulty oxygen sensor per my initial repair invoice. After above mentioned repair, the engine light came on again after two days and less than 50 miles driven. Contacted Steve for additional repair for the service engine light again. Steve indicated the shop was very busy but I could bring car in immediately for service even though repair shop was booked solid. Dustin, Service Mgr had offered a loaner vehicle as my car might be in shop for several days for ordering parts and ASAP scheduling. Upon arrival for 2nd repair visit, my car was allowed in for immediate processing for another repair. A loaner car was provided and processed by Steve Ahrens. Although additional repairs & parts ordering took over a week, I was thankful for the loaner car while work on my vehicle was being completed the second time. Hats off to job well done at Griffin Ford. More

Excellent Service, with the nicest Service Dept people 20 Feb 2020, First time I have been to Griffin Ford Service Dept. Our 2010 Escape had a EPS (steering) failure at 8:00 AM Matthew Service Dept) was a 20 Feb 2020, First time I have been to Griffin Ford Service Dept. Our 2010 Escape had a EPS (steering) failure at 8:00 AM Matthew Service Dept) was able to fit me in the schedule at 0915, same day, Griffin Service Dept had my car back to me at 2:45pm,. The EPS problem fixed, a safety issue with the left front Tie-Rod, (safety item) was corrected. Other maintenance problems were identified, and will be correcting them in the near future. Griffin also gave me a ride to residence and picked me up when my wife's Escape was ready. Nicest and classiest Dealer Service Department I have ever dealt with, I have full confidence in their Quality of work, and their fair pricing. More
