Still having Reverse Issue when Cold. Now having Issue in Drive when Cold. Oasis Report nor License Plate Screws provided to Cashier by Angelo (Service Writer) as he stated he would do. Wife spoke to John Drive when Cold. Oasis Report nor License Plate Screws provided to Cashier by Angelo (Service Writer) as he stated he would do. Wife spoke to John Kovach on Saturday (2/1) reporting still having problem. John indicated he would speak with Jeff (Service Manager) Monday morning and have Jeff call since Jeff not there Saturday. As of 13:30 on 2/3 - No call from Jeff. Front End Damage/ Repair not Disclosed at time of Sale. John Kovach contends he was not aware of Damage/Repair. Claims he is also unaware of the "Service Oasis System Database". Angelo unable to disclose how many quarts of Transmission Fluid were added but We have a "Good Warranty". More
