Still having Reverse Issue when Cold. Now having Issue in Drive when Cold. Oasis Report nor License Plate Screws provided to Cashier by Angelo (Service Writer) as he stated he would do. Wife spoke to John Drive when Cold. Oasis Report nor License Plate Screws provided to Cashier by Angelo (Service Writer) as he stated he would do. Wife spoke to John Kovach on Saturday (2/1) reporting still having problem. John indicated he would speak with Jeff (Service Manager) Monday morning and have Jeff call since Jeff not there Saturday. As of 13:30 on 2/3 - No call from Jeff. Front End Damage/ Repair not Disclosed at time of Sale. John Kovach contends he was not aware of Damage/Repair. Claims he is also unaware of the "Service Oasis System Database". Angelo unable to disclose how many quarts of Transmission Fluid were added but We have a "Good Warranty". More

Good experience with Needed Repair My truck needed a headlamp replacement and oil/filter change. Griffin's Great for Reg Maintenance I've been taking my vehicles, 1st-a leased Ford Escape, and 2nd-a purchased Ford Escape to Griffin Ford Service dept for their regular maintenance che I've been taking my vehicles, 1st-a leased Ford Escape, and 2nd-a purchased Ford Escape to Griffin Ford Service dept for their regular maintenance checks / oil changes for over 2 yrs. Love the dealership waiting room--clean, comfortable, and stocked with a variety of beverages & snacks to pass the waiting time with ease. Service staff is always welcoming, efficient, knowledgable. And wait time is minimal for regular service. The web site to schedule an appointment is user friendly also. Love Griffin Ford! (I travel from Muskego to Waukesha to get their Service even though I have a different dealer closer to my home...when I called "the other dealer" they told me to just bring it to the oil change place next door to them--.
