Hello and thank you for this feedback. We have reviewed your comments with our managers, both in the Used Car department and in Service. Griffin Ford sold this vehicle to you "as is" and at the time you refused any extended warranty. None the less, we were willing to work with you. On this latest fix, the dealership agreed to pick up 2/3 of the $750 repair. We are sincerely sorry you were not happy with this offer. But, we cannot support our staff being berated, screamed at, or threatened. Griffin feels we have done a lot to work through your problems. We wish you well.

We were told that the $750 was coming out of our pocket and not that you would cover 2/3. Our sales person misled us and told us that everything was covered. I raised my voice but never screamed or threatened. This is the type of business you are running. I'm a professional but your team has been rude and unwelcoming. And now even though we are still under warranty you have denied service. This is what we are upset about. It appears that everyone tells a different story.

We really thought we were going the extra mile-- to deliver your truck to your home, no matter the distance! We hope you understand that we cannot release a vehicle based on a promise, no matter how trustworthy you are to us (thank you for that repeat business). An alternative could have been waiting for the money to get to your account and doing the final sale at that point. But, it sounded like you were anxious to proceed with the deal.
