Took my truck in because the driver side running boards does not go without assistance. The passenger side was fixed about 14 months ago . The driver side should also have been fixed at that time . The extended warranty that I purchased thru Griffin denied the repair in the running board even thou the same as the one they repaired Will contest but undo not know how far that will go . I have purchased a lot of vehicles at Griffin. I intend to trade the truck in but do not want to with the running board not working all the time . That was very disappointing More

Extremely disappointed I purchased the Lincoln in November and was told by the sales person that if there were any issues to bring it back in before the 3 months warranty ra I purchased the Lincoln in November and was told by the sales person that if there were any issues to bring it back in before the 3 months warranty ran out. We had already brought the car back twice and this last week was the 3rd time. They were going to charge us even though the issues were pre-existing and the dealerships's inspection showed that all was well which it was not. I have NEVER had such a bad experience purchasing a car. I told them that this is unacceptable and that they have not heard the last of me. Well, the manager called back and informed us that they will not service the car at all because I had raised my voice. I will not recommend their service to anyone. More

Unwilling to think outside the box Overall experience was good but for one large exception. Our purchase of a new truck was a cash transaction. However, as I am sure often happens, we d Overall experience was good but for one large exception. Our purchase of a new truck was a cash transaction. However, as I am sure often happens, we did not have the full purchase price just sitting in our checking account, and it needed to be taken out of our investments which would require a few days. Since we lived 3 hours from the dealership, we wanted to be able to take our truck home. We were able to put down almost half the purchase price between cash and our trade-in (far more than what is typically done if we were financing the truck). However, no effort was made to accommodate our request including no effort to problem solve with us such as putting down the rest of the purchase price as a charge on our credit care until the subsequent check was received (a solution that did not occur to us until we returned home without our new truck). This was despite our signing a contract obligating us to paying them the full purchase price for the truck, and this being the third vehicle we had purchased from them. Instead they delivered the truck to us, a 6 hour round trip drive for an employee, and an awkward process, once we could write a check for the final amount. After over 40 years as a family physician, I know good customer care, and this was not it. More

Scheduling the appointment was easy and when I delivered my SUV the service rep was fast and e I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for a recall repair. The service rep made arrangements for me to get a ride home as the repair was to take several hours. I got a call when the work was finished, came and picked up my car, repaired and washed.
