Poor communication We brought the car in on Monday at 7:00am, we had an appointment for two weeks, so it would’ve completed ASAP. After a phone call at 2:30pm from us we were told the technician just started working on the car at 2:00pm. At 4:30pm we received a call that the car was ready but due to late hour a ride to Griffin was not available. We picked up the car the next day. Work was done fine but the amount of time was uncalled for. More

Great service Had paint adhesion problem on the tailgate of my 2017 F150. Great experience overall! My wife and I purchased a very low mileage 2018 F150. Throughout the transaction Mark Linsmaier exhibited honesty, sincerity, and trustworthiness. We My wife and I purchased a very low mileage 2018 F150. Throughout the transaction Mark Linsmaier exhibited honesty, sincerity, and trustworthiness. We had scheduled a test drive through him. Prior to the test drive I noticed that the price sticker displayed on the website stated that the vehicle was not for sale or registration in the U.S. Obviously this could lead to a complicated, costly, and hopeless mess. I was about to cancel the test drive but decided to call Mark to request an explanation. Because of his clear explanation we decided to follow through with the test drive. It was during this call that we realized that we could trust him. During the call he mentioned that the F150 had been on the lot for several months with no interest shown. However another customer had also just expressed interest in pursuing the purchase. He stated that giving our credit card number would place a hold on it, with no actual commitment being made, pending our following through with the test drive. Because we trusted his integrity, we gave him the number. After the test drive Mark answered all our questions and did not display any annoying, and deal-breaking, high-pressure techniques. Following the purchase I examined the vehicle at home and briefly reviewed the owner's manual and noted several concerns: the jack and related parts and the gas funnel were seemingly missing; the code number to program the keyless entry pad was missing from the owner's manual pouch; and the trailer brake control was not factory installed as part of the tow package. In a follow-up visit to Griffin Ford, Mark resolved these concerns completely to my satisfaction. I have scheduled your service department to install a factory brake controller. I would highly recommend Griffin Ford, and especially Mark Linsmeier, to anyone interested in purchasing a used Ford vehicle. We also give honorable mention to Alex Calarco who helped us complete the purchase transaction with financing and service contracts. More
