Had to have hood fixed It was covered under warranty so Keith took care of setting it all up, getting approvals and getting the work done. Not strong with diesels I am here working from Texas working 7 days a week and have little to no personal time. I came in for a diesel block warmer after I called at 9:00 AM I am here working from Texas working 7 days a week and have little to no personal time. I came in for a diesel block warmer after I called at 9:00 AM and was told service open until 7:30 PM. I arrived at 3:00 - 3:30 PM and was told there was no one there who would stay to install the block warmer. I wound up buying 2 new batteries after begging, pleading and offering to pay for overtime. Steve O. was terrific!! I feel like he made every effort possible with zero support from the techs or his manager. He went to his manager who offered zero assistance!! I would ordinarily be back again for my next oil change and service. I doubt I’ll return to beg again to pay top dollar to service my F-350!! Very disappointed for a Ford Service Center. More

I was given the wrong information Given false information which cost me a vacation day. I called in to set up an appointment due to a recall I received. Gave the service person my info Given false information which cost me a vacation day. I called in to set up an appointment due to a recall I received. Gave the service person my information along with the car's VIN number and was told I should set up an appointment due to the problems I was having. I was up front with the service tech and said my car had a salvaged/branded title. The service tech said my car was covered if a problem was found. Two hours later I received a call and there was a problem related to the recall, but all of a sudden my car was not covered and if I wanted it fixed it would cost me $2,400. Needless to say I am very disappointed that recall repairs are needed - FORD will not pay for them. I was told one thing then another. I was upfront and honest from the beginning - why wasn't the techs at Griffin. I also used a vacation very unproductivly. Not happy or a fan of Griffin or FORD. My first FORD and my last. I have always been a GM vehicle owner. More
