Not as good as it should be I took my Fusion in for The Works. Afterwards, I had my doubts that the tires were actually rotated due to the pressures shown on the display were th I took my Fusion in for The Works. Afterwards, I had my doubts that the tires were actually rotated due to the pressures shown on the display were the same as before service, and the lug nuts didn't show any marks in the dirt indicating a tool was used on them. Secondly, when I got the mail that same day, I found a coupon from Griffin for The Works for $48.95 and I think the service writer should have known that was available and offered me that price. Lastly, the car wash was down. An unusual experience at Griffin for me! More

Amazing Quick and Polite I came in for an oil change. The service was amazing. They got me in and out within a hour when they were swamped. Great waiting area, with wifi. I came in for an oil change. Battery and tire service Abby was great and got me in for service in 30 minutes even though she initially said they were booked up for the next five days. Not strong with diesels I am here working from Texas working 7 days a week and have little to no personal time. I came in for a diesel block warmer after I called at 9:00 AM I am here working from Texas working 7 days a week and have little to no personal time. I came in for a diesel block warmer after I called at 9:00 AM and was told service open until 7:30 PM. I arrived at 3:00 - 3:30 PM and was told there was no one there who would stay to install the block warmer. I wound up buying 2 new batteries after begging, pleading and offering to pay for overtime. Steve O. was terrific!! I feel like he made every effort possible with zero support from the techs or his manager. He went to his manager who offered zero assistance!! I would ordinarily be back again for my next oil change and service. I doubt I’ll return to beg again to pay top dollar to service my F-350!! Very disappointed for a Ford Service Center. More

I was given the wrong information Given false information which cost me a vacation day. I called in to set up an appointment due to a recall I received. Gave the service person my info Given false information which cost me a vacation day. I called in to set up an appointment due to a recall I received. Gave the service person my information along with the car's VIN number and was told I should set up an appointment due to the problems I was having. I was up front with the service tech and said my car had a salvaged/branded title. The service tech said my car was covered if a problem was found. Two hours later I received a call and there was a problem related to the recall, but all of a sudden my car was not covered and if I wanted it fixed it would cost me $2,400. Needless to say I am very disappointed that recall repairs are needed - FORD will not pay for them. I was told one thing then another. I was upfront and honest from the beginning - why wasn't the techs at Griffin. I also used a vacation very unproductivly. Not happy or a fan of Griffin or FORD. My first FORD and my last. I have always been a GM vehicle owner. More
