disappointing Many issues 1. Waited 45 minutes for shuttle ride! Was there at 7, ended up being late for work- and was first one dropped off. 2. Waited a week Many issues 1. Waited 45 minutes for shuttle ride! Was there at 7, ended up being late for work- and was first one dropped off. 2. Waited a week and a half for an appointment. That is bad service for someone who bought their $70,000 vehicle there! 3. Had four recalls - all simple and was told they had all items there-and then an issue with my sun roof. They did the recalls but never looked at sunroof!! Then asked me to schedule another appointment. Really? Not could not fix it or needed a part, but never looked at it! 4. I said I needed car by 3- no problem is what I was told. I scheduled the shuttle pickup at 3. I had to call at 3 as no pick up ride was there. That came at 3:25. Went to wrong address as well. 5. No call on status- I had to call to see -at 3pm-which is when I told them I needed it-and then was told the service guy was leaving and would not look at sunroof. 6. Just a bad overall experience More
