The people we worked with were friendly and diligent in meeting all we needed in a car at a price we could afford. No real pressure just working with us to meet our needs. We had smiles on our faces when we left, pleased with a purchase we hadn't really intended to make that night. We really enjoy our used Ford Escape with its low mileage and great price. You did a new transmission after only 80,000 miles on my Esc Bought my first Ford, a 2013 Ford Escape, and had 80,000 miles on it when the transmission went. Seriously! What transmission goes after only 80,000 miles??!!! To top it off, I bought the extended warranty when I purchased the car and of course this happened after the warranty expired. I am 68 years old and have had several cars throughout the years, many of which have been close to 200,000 miles if not more. Not once have I ever had trouble with a transmission or had to replace one. I will never buy another Ford again. More

Eric talked me through the process and found an appointment time for me at 930a the next day. He was there to meet me, and handled every paperwork issue to expedite the solution. His patience and competence should be rewarded. He had me out the door with my car in time to pick up my wife by 1230p. Eric is the very model of great service. I can’t thank him enough. More

Satisfied yet frustrated I was being helped by a very nice woman who happened to be in a meeting when my vehicle was finished. Another employee came to let me know that my car was finished. I could not have been more pissed off at the way he talked to me. He let me know I needed new tires, flew through the numbers, never gave me a chance to ask any questions and ended it with “so we’re going to put the new tires on, ok?” Never once did I give the impression I had any intention of putting new tires on. He lost my business at that moment and now have an appointment at another company to have my tires changed tomorrow. He was pushy and rude-I do not know anything about cars and will admit that-his job at that point was to explain why I should hand him $700, which he failed to do. More
