Oil change Last visit was poor. Asked for car wash, no wash was done. Also, previous oil change I was told I needed a new battery. I declined to replace but w Last visit was poor. This oil change was told the battery was fine....so is good or bad?? I mentioned this to the service rep and really did not receive an answer as to why this would be. Overall, i have had good service experiences at Griffin Ford. Was just a little disappointed this time. More

Thanks For Being Careful My car has a wrap on it and it is really easy to rip or dent it. So much that I haven't taken advantage of the oil changes or cars washes with my war My car has a wrap on it and it is really easy to rip or dent it. So much that I haven't taken advantage of the oil changes or cars washes with my warranty because I was too afraid it would get damaged. I put off taking the car in to have the airbag replaced for over a year. Finally I decided our safety was more important than the wrap. I came in early and waited until the tech - Jason - arrived to work on the car. I asked him to take care with the car and explained the situation with the wrap. I kinda expected him to roll his eyes at me -- you know -- hysterical woman syndrome. Much to my delight he was as polite as he could be and took excellent care of the car. No damage at all to the wrap. I even had my oil changed. My sleepless night the night before was for nothing! More
