It makes an already stressful situation even more stressful when you have to worry about getting to work or not being able to do anything, and/or having to arrange rides for possibly multiple days. lack of follow up after I love the truck I purchased and they were very eager to get me into my truck but once I purchased the vehicle the service dropped off drastically. I couldn't get answers to questions pertaining to ford items and it took multiple trips into the dealership to finally get the answers. I emailed my sales rep about an something I purchased and after a week I had to go into the dealership to get answers since I didn't get any emails back. I will not go back. More

Mixed experience Had an awful experience with one of the salespeople while looking at a $31,000 car. They were trying to sell me a car with the wires showing through t Had an awful experience with one of the salespeople while looking at a $31,000 car. They were trying to sell me a car with the wires showing through the sidewall of the tire! They refused to make the car safe or to give a price allowance in order to do so. When I told him I wouldn’t be purchasing an unsafe vehicle for my family, the salesperson started telling me to buy a car somewhere else. I took his advice and began shopping around. The manager called and apologized and offered to make it right. While I did not end up buying that vehicle, I (with great reserve) ended up buying a much more expensive one from a different salesman (Tony Miller). We eventually agreed on a price and the finance guy (DeSalvo) was great. If you are car savvy this is a decent place to look over the vehicles and negotiate on one after a thorough inspection. If you don’t know much about cars you may want to visit a dealer with more integrity. The car with defective tires and the original salesman are still there. More
