Did not complete work at time promised. Scheduled appointment on Fusion Energi for recall on charger. Told it would be done by noon. Dropped of night before for immediate start next morning. At 1:30 next afternoon car was looked at for the first time and I received call that work could not start until old charger was brought in (was never told this when appointment was set). Forced to take extra 50 minute drive to get part and did not finish with work until 5:30 at night. John in service left early so I had to deal with/reexplain situation all over again to service department. More
