Amazing experience from start to finish I contacted the dealership early in the week and set a time for a test drive on Saturday. Tony was very easy to talk to via email and even more relata I contacted the dealership early in the week and set a time for a test drive on Saturday. Tony was very easy to talk to via email and even more relatable in person when we finally met. He had the vehicle I inquired about waiting for me to test drive. Upon my closer inspection of the vehicle, I asked if there was something available that didn't have such high miles or that wasn't used for commercial reasons. As Tony didn't know what my price point was yet, he showed me his entire lot of options for the vehicle style I wanted. He was very honest and did not push me to one vehicle over another. As I mentioned I would be interested in test driving the original vehicle but also another one that was on his list, he had the alternative vehicle ready upon my return from the first test drive. My family and I decided on the second vehicle for various reasons. Regardless that it was more expensive, and more commission for Tony, he asked several times if we were certain of our decision and if we would be interested in anything cheaper. To us, this felt like he was most concerned about what WE wanted, not what he wanted for us. When it came to the financing part, Chris was AMAZING! We spent so long just talking and being relatable to one another, than the actual financing took to complete. As a buyer overall, the entire experience at Griffin was one of the best we have encountered. We will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

We expected a good experiance, we got a great one! We knew we wanted an Edge to replace our Escape and started out the process in the Used Car area. Within 15 minutes we were seated with Glen Pavlovich in New Cars exploring the features of the new Edge. Within two hours we had selected an SUV. After a test ride, the first decision was the color made by actually seeing cars, not small dots in a brochure. Next was the options available. We wanted all the new safety features and ended up selecting an Edge Titanium. We picked our Edge up the next day. Glen was great through the entire process, but he really made the A+ grade as he walked us through how to use the features of the Edge at delivery. He was as happy to show us the Edge as we were to be sitting in it at delivery. Everyone we met from our being greeted at the door through delivery receives high marks for making our Edge buying experience GREAT. More

Very pleasant and satisfying experience. I had been researching vehicles online for weeks.
