Great Experience with Luke - sold us two vehicles! My wife and I went to Griffin planning to replace our leased 2016 Explorer Sport with a newer Explorer. Luke approached us and was immediately polite, My wife and I went to Griffin planning to replace our leased 2016 Explorer Sport with a newer Explorer. Luke approached us and was immediately polite, helpful and probably the two most important things in my eyes.. knowledgeable and NOT pushy. There can be sales people in any industry that just push and push, but Luke had the perfect balance. First off, he took the time to bring us the first Explorer we wanted to see which ended up not being exactly what we were looking for. He then took us to their second lot where we saw another 2018 Explorer and and 2018 Expedition Limited. We were blown away by his knowledge of the Expedition. We sat down and he worked out our deal where he was able to get us everything we asked for and more! End of the day we went home with the Expedition and bought out our Explorer lease. Needless to say, I will be heading back to see Luke at Griffin when my 2017 F-150 Platinum lease is up. Nice work Luke, keep it up! More
