He was also extremely responsive when I needed an owner's manual that was not in the glove box when I got the vehicle home. The scores listed below reflect my opinion and value for Steve's service. I Did Not appreciate the finance departments method of business.(Individual Needs to Listen to customers request and Respect the Customers answers). As a customer I DO NOT like answering a question more than once or twice. If it was not for the positive experience on the front end I would not have purchased this vehicle from Griffin Ford. True to their word. I was in a bit of a pinch. My motor on my truck blew and the cost to get a new one was not worth it. All of the other dealerships i talked to offered I was in a bit of a pinch. My motor on my truck blew and the cost to get a new one was not worth it. All of the other dealerships i talked to offered me $1000 or less trade in or just refused to give me an answer. Griffin offered me a substantial amount more and their vehicles had less miles and more options for a better price to begin with of their used selection. Can't get any better than that. Highly recommend them. More
