I knew what I wanted and gave everyone list including; Make, model, price range, and required features. Only Griffin nailed it. They called, said we've got it, I drove out, looked at it, did 2 mile test drive, and bought it. Didn't even bother to look at anything else in their inventory. There were a couple of minor paint issues and salesman Mark Linsmeir said "...no worries, we'll repaint the bumpers." I said "...but I'd really like to take the car with me today." Mark said "...of course, take it with you and we'll schedule an appointment next week when you can bring it back. We'll give you a great loner, and your car is ready, we'll trade cars back. We'll also find or make that second key fob, and check on that updated Navigation chip." Like I said, cars are every where. It's "Service" that wins me over! Thank you Griffin and Mark Linsmeier!
