I had a great experience setting up time to test drive and test driving the vehicle. I was even able to pick up the vehicle on Christmas Eve day. During the test drive, there was an indication of a low ti and test driving the vehicle. I was even able to pick up the vehicle on Christmas Eve day. During the test drive, there was an indication of a low tire pressure. They informed me that they would check it out and air up the tire. When I picked up the vehicle, everything looked in order. December 26, I was driving the vehicle and watched the tire pressure on the tire drop from 34 to 6. A roofing nail was in the tire. Now I didn't look at the tire during the test drive, so I don't know if the nail had been in there since then, but coincidentally it was the same tire that was low. When I tried to remove the tire to put the spare on, I noticed that I didn't have the special tool to remove the locking lug nut. The only help I got from the dealership was that it should be in the glove box or definitely in the vehicle. I searched the vehicle and found nothing. My boyfriend removed the locking lug nut by other means. Other than that, the experience was great. More
