Pleased with my service experience I was very happy with the service done on our Ford Escape. New rotors and brake pads were installed. I had an issue with a used car I purchased back in February, 2020. I wrote a letter of complaint to them in May, 2020. However, they called me after I reported to DealerRater and John Kovach offered an extremely fair compensation for my car troubles and repair. Overall, pleased with the cars and the persons I dealt with. Very pleased they fixed an obvious mechanical issue to help close the deal. Bought a used car from this dealership three months ago. They sold me this vehicle with a cracked transfer case but their check list didn't list this and said it was ok. It had been cracked when their dealership overtightened the drain plug but didn't tell anyone and just sold the car anyway. I sent Jim Griffin a letter over one month ago explaining this and they have never responded in any way. I will never buy another car from this dealership as they are very dishonest! More
