The day of pickup, I had a couple of things I wanted before I arrived in order to quickly get in and out. Matt called me on his off-time to go through the three items. When I arrived, everything was taken care of and I was out of the dealer in about 30 minutes. Matt is low-pressure and personable. You will enjoy working with him. Good service , issue with computer in radio, took 3 trips but all is good. Still have rattle in rear cab area. Tech seems to think it’s the fixed window. I think it’s the shade roller mechanism.
