It took over 1 day to do two small recalls. No returned calls, very disappointed. Was going to charge 125.00 to look at car for a squeaking noise that I was hearing. Not coming back More

It is important when Ford calls for a recall that you address it, so Griffin Ford was happy to help. We strive to communicate well with our service customers as their vehicle works its way thru the department. Chuck was sorry this was not the case for you and will use your comments to assist our staff in continuous improvement. He also believes the noise you are hearing may be a sign that it is time for new brakes. If our inspection indeed found that to be true, the diagnostic fee would be waived for you.
