It took over 1 day to do two small recalls. No returned calls, very disappointed. Was going to charge 125.00 to look at car for a squeaking noise that I was hearing. I had 3 issues with my vehicle.From greeter to Service Advisor and Service Manager they took care of me like I was the only one there.All of my problems were takin care of in a very timely fashion. I was told it’s under warranty so don’t worry about signing for the diagnostic charge I won’t be a concern and then it wasn’t so I had to pay for diagnostic charge when I already had the code because o signing for the diagnostic charge I won’t be a concern and then it wasn’t so I had to pay for diagnostic charge when I already had the code because of my hum which I had told him that but he said just let them do it since it’s under warranty. So you didn’t have to do it because I had the info and then come to find out the guy who told me don’t worry about it you are under warranty is no longer with your company. He was only there for like 4 days should have had someone training with him so he didn’t give false information. Or if you decide to part ways w an employee who isn’t telling customers the truth at least honor it. This was lack of leadership with a new employee issue. Don’t send people out on your floor not well trained without a trainer. Awful. I won’t come here again. More
