Quick, Informative and Painless! We walked into the dealership and were immediately assisted by staff. The showroom was clean, professional and comfortable. We met David who contacted us earlier in the day after we submitted an inquiry about used vehicles. Within 15 minutes he had one of the vehicles we were looking at ready for a test drive and were immediately sold. Once it came time for finances, Chris was more than helpful explaining all of the warranty packages and how we were going to get the best deal possible. The whole process took about an hour and was painless. They offer hot/cold beverages, an assortment of snacks and clean facilities. This was our first experience with Griffin Ford and they have certainly earned customers for life. I am not one to write reviews and complete surveys but this experience warranted me to do so. If you are in the used or new market I recommend you stop in. More

I came in for an oil change and recall repair. The oil change was not done properly because the oil filter was not changed. Additionally the service advisor called me to say I needed my water pump replace change was not done properly because the oil filter was not changed. Additionally the service advisor called me to say I needed my water pump replaced. I expressed concern over the longevity of parts because this is my 3rd water pump. The advisor was unable to produce the warranty records for my review. I asked for the information to contact Ford customer service and was told to “google it”. Luckily Jeff the manager walked by and offered to help. He was able to provide both the contact info for ford customer care and the warranty information from my past water pump replacement. I felt at ease at that point paying my bill and knowing I would contact ford about my frustration with the failed part. When I got home I opened the hood to check to make sure everything was in order and I noticed that the oil filter was old, dented and faded. At this point I was very upset and concerned that none of my service had been done properly including the safety recall repair. I will be returning to the dealership today to discuss with Jeff in person the service charges for things that were not done or not done properly. I am inclined to go elsewhere for service because I have lost trust in Griffin ford. More
