I'm not one to generally promote anyone or anything but I have to provide kudos to Griffin Ford in Waukesha. My Ford Focus needed to have the wheel bearings replaced on the driver's side front wheel. Matt have to provide kudos to Griffin Ford in Waukesha. My Ford Focus needed to have the wheel bearings replaced on the driver's side front wheel. Matt went over and above to keep me informed of the progress of the job. I asked about any kind of military discount when I got the bill and Matt asked me to wait a couple of minutes and came back with a revised bill almost $100 lower than the original estimate. I explained that I wanted to obtain additional technical information regarding the slightly-used F150 I had purchased in November of last year. It was obvious that I was not a potential new vehicle buyer, but he spent the necessary time to provide me with the information to follow through on a website to obtain what I needed. Later that afternoon I emailed him my F150 VIN number and he promptly sent the information I needed to complete my search successfully. Although his interaction will not result in my purchasing a new vehicle in the near future, I much appreciated how he took the time and effort to help me with my problem. Well done, Matthew!
