Had a failed seat heater-covered by purchased extended warranty. A few other things were covered also so had those replaced due to suspected failure from miles on car. Had to wait 40 minutes to be checked in for service, was told it would be 'a few hours' and I would receive an update when it was done. Never received a text or call. I called a bit after 5pm and still wasn told it would be 'a few hours' and I would receive an update when it was done. Never received a text or call. I called a bit after 5pm and still wasn't done. Was told it would be ready in 30 mins and that they were only open until 6. I got a 20 minute time frame to pick up my truck. Very inconsiderate when I had to plan for a ride because no loaner was provided either. More
