Brought my truck in for an oil change. Next day I had oil on the floor of my garage. Called Griffin to complain and was transferred to the service written who took care of me. Moved the truck outside and had oil drips on my newer concrete. I got under the truck to find it was a sloppy job when they removed my oil filter.They never cleaned up the spillage. More

Very friendly and polite. Went in for an oil change and a rattling type noise when I hit a bump or pot hole.
