When we decided to replace our 2014 Grand Caravan, we returned to the same car dealer, Griffin’s Hub, to look for another one. I bought a car here a few years ago and a few months into owning it a annoying noise displayed in lower temps that sounded like metal rubbing from the front end. I’ve taken the car back numerous times and have drove with a mechanic who heard the noise but claims because they can’t hear it while the car is on a hoist nothing can be done so I spent 14,000 and paying on a loan for a car that during the winter and spring is like hearing nails on a chalk board. I won’t be buying another car from them. not to mention my apr is through the roof and was told if I made payments on time I can easily refinance which is not the case. Worst purchase I ever made.
