My wife and I felt as though the sales representative, Eric Smith truly cared about getting us into the right vehicle. We spent close to 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon with Eric discussing the vehicle, discussing options and test driving. We didn't intend to get that serious so quickly but he answered our questions and there was nothing left but a decision. He didn't pressure us. We took the rest of the weekend to consider the deal he put together and called him on Monday to accept.
