Called to inquire on 2017 Jeep Patriot, only one within 500 miles of my city that was in my price range. Salesperson (Seth) refused to give final price after any incentives so I could put figure on my loan application. Stated would not negotiate price if I was not buying from him directly (placed commission before customer service). I was simply asking for any current incentives or veteran's discounts that would apply to this vehicle. Dealership also refused to return my hometown dealerships calls to inquire if they would sell vehicle to my hometown dealer so I could purchase without excessive travel requirements to obtain vehicle. Bottom line poor customer service to both buyers and other jeep dealers (external and internal customers), unwilling to give clear price on vehicle. Would not recommend for purchase, trade, service, or any other business. More

Awful Customer Service and Very Poor Work Just a terrible ongoing experience with these people. Vista Jeep has awful service and follow up. I tried so hard to work with these people. It's not Just a terrible ongoing experience with these people. Vista Jeep has awful service and follow up. I tried so hard to work with these people. It's not just one person at Vista Jeep, it's the culture. Do not take your vehicle here for warranty work or service work. In addition, there isn't a reason to believe the rest of the dealership is any better. I have talked to others that have had the same experience (I wish I knew this before I took my vehicle there). They will not follow up with you and when you finally get a hold of them they give you the runaround. My vehicle was not taken care of the correct way and they pretend they are still working on figuring something out (it's been months now). They do not return phone calls and rarely emails. I had to keep calling them in order to get information and what they gave me was incorrect and or misleading. I had to call Chrysler CUSTOMER SERVICE direct to get information on what was going on. Chrysler called Vista and then Chrysler called me back with what was going on. Chrysler gave me the information right away which is when I found out that Vista Jeep flat out lied to me. This is a very bad dealership to work with. BUYER BEWARE. From management to the entry level employee (in service) absolutely the worst. Don't risk it. Drive a bit and take your vehicle to a reputable dealership. If this review helps one person, then it was worth it. More

This was necessary after doing the dealer lift and winch modifications to make the vehicle legal. Thanks again Alan! More

I don't know about service or anyone else there, but we dealt with Merlin and he was amazing. He filled us in on everything we needed to know and found things out of he wasn't sure. Of course, he wanted to sell us a car, but he seemed genuine and he was great to deal with. We'll definitely be coming back to him if we decide the Grand Cherokee is for us. More
Complete lack of care of concern Son stranded on roadside while traveling from NE to AZ in 2014 Ram 2500 diesel in limp mode. Dealer unwilling to even look at the vehicle for one wee Son stranded on roadside while traveling from NE to AZ in 2014 Ram 2500 diesel in limp mode. Dealer unwilling to even look at the vehicle for one week. Meanwhile, local private diesel mechanics wouldn't touch truck as it was still under warranty. Teenage son unable to rent car to continue trip or get home. Met with sarcasm and general indifference despite pleading and nearly begging given unusual circumstances. Poor representatives of the Ram brand which has made this life long Ram truck owner reconsider allegiance... More
Avoid this dealership. It's a scam! Avoid this dealership! This is my second time bringing my Jeep here after the first time was sub par. It's the closest Jeep dealership to my house, b Avoid this dealership! This is my second time bringing my Jeep here after the first time was sub par. It's the closest Jeep dealership to my house, but after my last service I will no longer bring my Jeep here. Their timeliness and communication is horrible! Here's the full scoop. I made a reservation and dropped my car off at 8am. At 1pm I haven't heard anything so I give them a call and they tell me they are just about to look at it and will let me know in 30 minutes. At 4pm I call back again because they still haven't called and they tell me they will call me back in 5 minutes. Finally 15 minutes later they call back with the news. I needed a new catalytic converter and a shift case motor. They quote me $2,500 for the repairs, however I know my converter is under warranty and when I ask, they proceed to tell me that they never checked warranty! They then tell me it will be $709 with my warranty to fix the shift case motor. I still can't believe they only checked the warranty because I asked. I agree to have them fix my shift case motor. I told them I would need my car back in 5 days because I would be leaving on vacation for two weeks, they informed me this wouldn't be an issue. They gave me a rental car for my trouble and told me they would overnight my catalytic converter because they didn't have that part in stock. Fast forward 5 days... I still haven't heard anything, so I call them at 9am and get a voicemail and leave one telling them to call me back asap. At 10am I get a voicemail again but am persistent until I talk to someone. I end up getting put on hold while they go check my car but after 10 minutes of holding I get disconnected. They don't call me back until 1:30pm and they inform me that they haven't even done any work on my car because the catalytic converter they shipped overnight on Thursday isn't here yet. I tell them I'm leaving on vacation I'll be back in 2 weeks to pick up my car. I wouldn't have even agreed to leave my car with them if I knew it wasn't going to even get looked at before I left for vacation. I get a call 15 days later from when I originally dropped it off saying my car is ready for pick up. It took them 15 days to make the repair! I let them know I'll be back from vacation in 4 days and they tell me not to worry. The day I come in to pick up my car I find out the work they did on it cost me twice as much! Turns out they put in O2 sensors and they didn't tell me they were doing that. Also they charged me $500 for only 3hrs of labor. They also charged me $80 fright to overnight my catalytic converter (that they inform me overnight is not covered by warranty) I wish I would have known they would have charged me $80 right off the beginning to overnight a part that wasn't even sent overnight. Anyways I end up talking with the GM of the dealership about this entire experience. She found out I had a rental car of hers the entire time I was on my vacation. She starts blaming me for everything and refuses to do anything for me because I already lost her money. She says they only give out rental cars for 6 days, I informed her that it took 15 days to fix my car and she didn't have anything to say about that. She kept telling me she was confused why she gave me a rental car that long and I told her I made sure her employees were well aware I was leaving on vacation. At this point she starts calling me a liar and informs me she is not doing anything and if I want my car back I am paying the full amount I was charged. In the end I'm speechless that the GM blames me for the whole situation! She was yelling at me and her own employee apologized after on behalf of the way her GM treated me. If you want to pay ridiculously high labor costs, be charged for work you don't agree to, and get absolutely no compensation for your trouble, then bring your car here for service. The moral of the story is if they offer you a rental car DO NOT TAKE THE OFFER! The icing on the cake is when I picked up my car the tire pressure light was on. Turns out some time during service they picked up a screw in my tire. I'm not even going to bring it back to them because there is no way I am dealing with this place again. More
