We had an oil drip issue, which I was told dripping from the drain plug, after an oil change. The oil was wiped up around the motor. I have taken my vehicles to your dealership for some time now and have had pretty good luck, until the last few times. Took my car to you on July 10, 2025 got the car back and notice smoke rolling from under now and have had pretty good luck, until the last few times. Took my car to you on July 10, 2025 got the car back and notice smoke rolling from underneath my hood. We open the hood to find that the oil was all underneath my hood and found the oil cap was not put on my car, it was laying against radiator. Called the dealership they came out put oil in my car took it back to the shop to detail my car and remove the oil that was sprayed all over. Wednesday April 1st my car went back in for another oil and notice a puddle of oil today underneath my car. I took it directly to Gross Motors this morning for them to look at and fix the issue. Supposedly the technician Thomas Tlusty, does the oil changes on the vehicles at Gross or at less on mine. I believe my vehicle is still Leaking oil tonight if there is another puddle underneath my car it will back at your shop and I do not want Mr Tlusty doing any work on my vehicles. Also the female shop advisor Can tell me anything she wants to cover up for Mr Tlusty but I have never in my life had a puddle of oil underneath my vehicles when I have had oil change. More
