I am very happy with my experience and treatment at Grossinger Cityplex. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I am a difficult customer due to indecisiveness, being very cautious in these difficult economic times, and wanting to take my time. Other dealers I went to could see this and did not want to take the time to deal with me. I highly compliment Brian for always remaining friendly and showing no signs of frustration or impatience thru the several months I took during my decision process. Brian enthusiastically kept me up to date weekly on the availability and incoming Prius’s knowing that my slow nature would probably not lead to a sale due to the cars selling before I could finalize my decision. I believe most sales people would not have endured this. Thus it was no question in my mind that when the time came to buy, it would be from Grossinger. From this point I did not considered another dealer. I finally bought my new 2010 Prius last weekend. In conclusion, I would recommend buying at Grossinger based on their staff of salespeople along with their new spacious state of the art facility. More

I was greeted by Clayton Becher who made the whole process seamless and easy. I compliment Clayton on his attention to detail. Our Scion XA was returned in a timely manner however if you wash the process seamless and easy. I compliment Clayton on his attention to detail. The water beads left on the car froze in the Chicago cold and caused the car to look worse than it was before. It would not take much for the workers to run some rags over the serviced vehicles and present the card looking clean and finished. They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. When I bought cars from dealerships in the past, I would spend 2-3 hours with different people trying to sell me add-ons.
